2024 GAYP National. August 5-9 in Lebanon, Tennessee. The rooms will be at the Comfort Suites in Lebanon, TN. 37090. The hotel is located on highway 231 (904 Murfreesboro Road) near I-40 (take exit 238 north off I-40 ramp and make left turn onto US-231 N/S Cumberland St. / TN-10 N, back across I-40, hotel on right). For reservations at Comfort Suites, call 615-443-0027 or Econo Lodge located 829 S Cumberland Street, 615-444-1001. Please call before midnight July 15th (2 weeks in advance) for reservations. Group rates are $84.95 + tax (Monday 8/05 - Thursday 8/08) and $94.95 + tax (Friday 8/09 & Saturday 8/10). Rates for 5 nights including tax at Comfort Suites is $516, which is ≈ $103 per night. Our playing room cost $178 per day. Most players will book Sunday through Thursday, checking out Friday morning. There is no guarantee that the Group rate will apply or that the rooms will be available after that date. Please make your reservations early, since you may cancel them as late as 4 PM local hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. The masters will be a new 5 day format as a 12 round tournament, like 2-3-2-3-2. Majors and minors will stay the same. Big prize money for top performers.
